A test drive with us is not the normal up and down the street, you will ride an average of 15 minutes per model and you can test as many models as you want. On average you should count on a total duration of 1.5 hours.
The delivery time of a Pre-order Fatbike is between 6 and 10 weeks on average. Of course, delivery times may vary. If you want to be sure of the expected delivery time, you can always mail or call for information.
If you order an accessory that we have in stock, it will be shipped the same day. This way you will have it within 2 or 3 working days.

Yes you can, our E-fatbike can be purchased through the employer, we work together with Cyclis. If you would like to make use of this, we would be happy to advise you and your employer, it costs your employer nothing and for you, purchasing via lease is often around 40% cheaper.
Much cheaper E-Fatbikes can no longer be purchased via lease, because the lifespan of these fatbikes has turned out to be shorter than the duration of the agreement. Fortunately, with the quality of an Astonic you are in the right place and our E-Fatbikes are fantastic for commuting!
You can pay via ideal, paypal, credit card, bank transfer, in3 and of course cash at our workshop. For lease and bicycle plan we work together with Cyclis, Fiscfree and National bicycle projects.
The warranty on your Astonic e-fatbike is 24 months. Wear parts are excluded from this.

Are you not satisfied with your purchase from Astonic or does the purchased part not fit your Fatbike? Too bad, but of course that's possible. You can return purchased items within 14 days without giving any reason. The purchase amount will be credited to your account within four days after we have received the returned item. Shipping cost will not be returned.
Register your return at Astonic via email info@astonic-rides.nl and state in the email the items that will be returned, your order number and the bank account number to which the amount must be refunded. Only undamaged and unused items are eligible for return.

Are you not satisfied with your Astonic fat bike? You can return the bicycle within 14 days without giving any reason. We charge €75 to collect the bike at your place. Returning the bike to us is of course free of charge. The purchase amount will be deposited into your account within four days. Is the bike damaged? Together with you, we will determine whether you will receive the full amount back. Yes, the battery can be removed from the bicycle so that you can charge it indoors. (Your battery has a lock for obvious security reasons.)
You are most welcome in the Astonic workshop for maintenance and service. You can also take your bike to one of our sales points (click on ‘Dealers’ under the heading ‘Contact’). Also, we offer the option of having service and maintenance carried out at your home. If it concerns a warranty case, this is at our expense.

Yes, you are welcome for maintenance with most brands of E-Fatbikes. We do not perform maintenance and service on all Ouxi models. Our parts and accessories do not fit these models and we do not support placing our child seats on these types of E-Fatbikes!
