Astonic’s Impact

At Astonic Rides, we believe that true craftsmanship goes hand in hand with sustainability. That’s why we produce all our premium e-bikes entirely in the Netherlands – with respect for people, the planet, and the future.

Sustainable Production in the Netherlands

Our e-bikes are hand-built in our own Dutch workshop. No mass production overseas, no wasteful molds or melting methods – just smart, local manufacturing that drastically reduces CO₂ emissions.
By producing locally, we support the circular economy and strengthen the innovative spirit of the Dutch manufacturing industry.

Fewer Miles, Greater Impact

By keeping every step of our process local – from design to assembly – we shorten our supply chain and reduce transport emissions.
We use recycled aluminum and efficient techniques to minimize the use of primary raw materials, resulting in a cleaner, more responsible production cycle.

Smart Engineering, Longer Lifespan

Our frames are modular and easy to repair. With advanced techniques like hydroforming and CNC machining, we build e-bikes that are not only lighter and stronger but also built to last.
And if something breaks? It’s easy to replace – that’s what we call future-proof.

Choosing Astonic means choosing quality, innovation, and a greener future – without compromise.

Details maken het verschil. Astonic staat voor premium afwerking en tijdloos design.

Sustainability isn’t a trend – it’s our standard.
