Workshop

A Premium E-Ride from Astonic is entirely handcrafted in Spijk, next to Gorinchem, in the Netherlands. The TIG welding of the frames, which are made entirely of aluminum, is also a testament to Dutch artisanal craftsmanship. You can experience this entire production process, from welding to assembly, for yourself during a visit to Astonic. This unique approach results in high-quality E-Rides of Dutch origin.

Because we handcraft our Astonic's in the Netherlands, we know every detail of our Premium Rides. Together with our partners, we ensure accurate information, service, and maintenance for your Astonic. We place great value on excellent service and customer focus. Moreover, we provide comprehensive information about our E-Rides and accessories, as well as relevant laws and regulations. This allows you to make an informed decision and choose the model and accessories that best suit your personal preference. Thanks to the many options we offer for our E-Rides, they are as practical as regular E-Bikes or non-assisted bikes. Their high stability and the fact that you can easily touch the ground make them even safer than regular E-Bikes.

Maintenance

Of course, we are ready to perform all necessary maintenance on your Astonic E-bike. Whether it's a minor inspection, comprehensive maintenance, or repairing any damage, we are happy to take care of it. Our unique production method, where we make our frames entirely by hand in the Netherlands and purchase all parts separately, means that we have a wide range of spare parts readily available. In case of breaks or damages, we are capable of quickly replacing almost any part. As an Astonic rider, you stay worry-free on the road!

Do you have an E-Ride from another brand and can't go to your regular bike shop? No problem, you are most welcome with us! We have wear-prone parts in stock, but compatibility depends on the quality of the E-Ride. Unfortunately, we often see E-Bikes of lesser quality that our high-quality parts do not fit on.

Furthermore, we offer a pickup and delivery service for customers living a bit further away. We apply fixed prices for this service. Feel free to contact us for more information.
