Conversations with our senior riders revealed that instability often occurs when too many actions are needed at once – for example, shifting gears while riding uphill. That’s why the Element is optionally equipped with automatic shifting, allowing you to stay fully focused on the road. When starting, the bike begins in a light gear and shifts up automatically as you ride.
A common issue with standard e-bikes is loss of balance at low speeds, such as when stopping at a traffic light. The Astonic Element solves this with smaller 20” or 24” wheels, allowing you to keep both feet on the ground at any time.
