At the founding of Astonic, we consciously chose a combination of quality and excellent service. These two pillars form the foundation of our company and serve as a guide for all our decisions. We regularly evaluate our business plan to ensure we are still on the course we originally set. It’s remarkable how loyal we have remained to our vision: quality always comes first. We constantly seek high-quality components from Europe and beyond to guarantee this.

Alongside quality, customer focus is an essential aspect of Astonic. Our business plan clearly states that the customer is at the center, and we implement this daily. We tailor our fat-tire bikes to the specific wishes and needs of each customer. Customization and personal attention are crucial here.

In our original plan, we didn’t want to enter partnerships for sales. However, now that we are confident in the quality of our bikes, we have established strategic collaborations to reach more customers.

Our strategy started with offering basic line bikes that already performed above average. We are currently transitioning to a more exclusive line, with our new model, the Wave, as a prime example. This model reflects our commitment to passion and quality. We use high-quality components and remain true to our principle of fat tires for optimal comfort, stability, and safety.

For our models, the Earth Extended and the Breeze, we have carefully selected top components such as Magura MT4e brakes and Supernova lighting, which we will include as standard on our models from 2025 onward. These choices emphasize our focus on quality and set us apart in the market. However, we are phasing out the Earth model as it no longer meets the needs of our target audience, who now seek functionality and ergonomics.

At Astonic, passion and quality are at the heart of everything we do. While we sometimes deviate from our original plans to seize new opportunities, our core values remain unchanged.
