Electric fatbikes are indispensable nowadays. Are you planning to purchase a fat bike? You should look at Astonic! Because we develop and assemble our electric fatbikes ourselves, there is no one who can inform you better than us. We have been asked many questions before. We have listed these questions and the answers below. If your question is not listed, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What is the delivery time of the fat bike?

We usually deliver within two or three days. In any case, it never takes longer than seven days. If you order a fat bike, we will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Our fat tire electric bicycles are delivered by our own carriers.

If you want a custom item, delivery time will of course be a little bit longer.

Do I still have to tinker before I can hit the road?

You don't have to tinker yourself, your electric fat bike is delivered fully assembled. After a short explanation from our transporter you can set off immediately!

What is the delivery time on accessories?

If you order an accessory that we have in stock, it will be shipped the same day. This way you will have it within 2 or 3 working days.

How do I know which Astonic fatbike is best for me?

If you are not sure which Astonic e-bike with fat tires suits you best, visit our Astonic showroom. Here you can extensively test all models of fat bikes. We also offer the possibility to schedule a free test drive at your home. Of course we cannot bring all fatbike models.

Can I buy an Astonic E-fatbike on an instalment loan?

No, this is not possible. We believe that you should be able to fully enjoy our fat tire electric bikes without worrying about financial debt. A BKR registration hinders the total feeling of freedom. If you ride your cool e-bike, you should be able to do so without any worries!

What are the shipping costs?

A fat bike is always shipped for free in the Netherlands.

If you order accessories, you pay € 7.95 shipping costs within the Netherlands. Orders with an order value upwards of €150 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.

Where can I go for service or maintenance?

You are most welcome in the Astonic workshop for maintenance and service. You can also take your bike to one of our sales points (click on ‘Dealers’ under the heading ‘Contact’). Also, we offer the option of having service and maintenance carried out at your home. If it concerns a warranty case, this is at our expense.

Can I remove the battery from my Astonic fat bike?

Yes, the battery can be removed from the bicycle so that you can charge it indoors. (Your battery has a lock for obvious security reasons.)

I am not 100% happy with the bike. Can I return it?

Are you not satisfied with your Astonic fat bike? You can return the bicycle within 14 days without giving any reason. We charge €75 to collect the bike at your place. Returning the bike to us is of course free of charge. The purchase amount will be deposited into your account within four days. Is the bike damaged? Together with you, we will determine whether you will receive the full amount back.

Custom items cannot be returned for obvious reasons.

How long does the warranty last?

The warranty on your Astonic e-fatbike is 24 months. Wear parts are excluded from this.

How do I return a product?

Are you not satisfied with your purchase from Astonic or does the purchased part not fit your Fatbike? Too bad, but of course that's possible. You can return purchased items within 14 days without giving any reason. The purchase amount will be credited to your account within four days after we have received the returned item. Shipping cost will not be returned.

Register your return at Astonic via email info@astonic-rides.nl and state in the email the items that will be returned, your order number and the bank account number to which the amount must be refunded. Only undamaged and unused items are eligible for return.
